Not much interesting at first... PPC and SRMs backed by two lasers... a solid armament for a 45 t machine... 35 tons? Hmm... it's getting better... and it can go 7/11? Heh... I already like it. It has one serious flaw, it's armour. The amount isn't bad, but the problem is i n it's allocation, as Kightrunner has already mentioned. Side torsos badly need more, while the legs could easily spare some points. I think that new Tarantula and Stealth variants from TRO 3055 come pretty close. I also commend rapid improvement in your fluff writing. |

Well, the design certainly has an interesting history, but despite it's low-tech origins it's actually quite good, resembling nothing so much as an upgraded Daimyo. Given that the farmers didn't have CASE availible, placing the SRM ammo in the arm makes perfect sense. The major worry I would have is the rather light armor covering the torsos, exacerbated by the XL engine. |
