Well armoured and quite nimble for it's size. This in combination with the popular DHS / PPC combo creates a solid war machine with some nice potential. The Gigas is one of the workhorse designs with good long range firepower and great stamina, so it can enter a brawl or stand in a firing line with little problem. I would consider it boring if there wasn't the LRM launcher which gives it some additional flavour and it also helps to make the 'Mech somewhat different from the Warhammer... much more than placing the PPCs on the shoulders ;)
It deserves the rating just for the design alone. |
