The worst Battle Cobra configuration. At first glance, it looks similar to the excellent Puma Prime, but with _worse_ heat dissipation. The lack of a targeting computer really hurts this design compared to the Puma. Twin small pulsed lasers are always a waste- they should always be improved by changing to twin ER mediums or a medium pulse (or heat sinks, in this case). Going 12 over heat just to move and use your main weapons is not a good thing. It's a cheap and durable platform, but not really capable of fielding double ER PPC's. |

Its a lot like an Uziel for the clanners, the duel PPC’s operate at long range, while vastly overheating the mech, they provide massive punch against anything its size or less. The best method would be an attack on a target with the two PPC’s one turn, followed by both the SPL’s to reduce the heat and find a new sniping position.
It’s a good mech, but can be quickly countered by fast or heavy opponents which require extensive use of the PPC’s to either hit or to pierce thick armour. A good team sniper.

Here's a 'mech with some gumption. I'd strip the SPLs though and add some much needed heat sinks. An alpha strike will take two rounds to recover from if you want to fire a single PPC the next round. Another option would be to switch one of the PPCs to a Large Pulse Laser. |

An improvement over the A variant. The ER PPCs are good at any range, allowing the mech to shoot anything at any range. The heat sinks arent quite up to par when it comes to alpha strikes, though, so watch your heat. Or this mech is going to be in chronic shutdowns. |

bit better for knocking down others but still nothing but an 5+ ton puma. love the speed though. somthing the puma lacks. |
