This is reminicent of the S-variant for the more popular omnis. Lots of in close weapoins, and some jump ability.
Definitely NOT something you want to toss into an LRM duel, though. Your maximum range is going to be a surprisingly short 15 hexes, meaning you either have to use terrain to your advantage, charge up to your target, or put a few of these in hidden positions on the maps.
A salvo from only three of the medium lasers on this is enough to cripple or kill light mechs, making this a perfect model to kill light lances and scout elements. Backed up by the streaks, this mech can dish out quite a bit of punishment for its weight.
As a bodyguard, headhunter, or other role where close combat is a given, this mech will do quite well and possilby threaten heavier designs. If its caught out in the open, its going to be little more than 40 tons of target practice. |

This is what I like to see in an in-fighter. Depending on the situation I might replace a couple of the lasers with electronics, as you can't use them all anyway, but the redundency is nice to have. |
