Overview:
    After the introduction of the ERS-4I Kallon Industries would go back and immediately
    re-enter the design process for the Eris Family. While the ERS-4I was seen as a success it
    was largely recognized that its production numbers would be severely limited due to the
    amount of advanced clan-spec. tech put into the machine. Meanwhile, when Kallon had produced
    the ERS-2H it had largely been viewed as a stop-gap measure to replace Wolverine production
    on Thermopolis after the planets loss. While it had been adequate at the roll Kallon would
    initiate an ambitious program to merge the concepts of the WVR-11M and ERS-2H with the core
    tenants of the Eris line, and replace both aforementioned mechs.  The resulting product,
    pushed out a mind boggling 6 months after the release of the ERS-4I would be dubbed the
    ERS-4H. It would retain the Heavy PPC found with both the WVR-11M and ERS-2H, however A.E.S
    would be added to the primary firing arm for greater stability and support of the main
    weapon. The two IS er-medium lasers of the 2H would be replaced with a single medium x-pulse
    laser accompanied by a single small x-pulse laser installed into the head. Finally the
    Streak SRM 6 would be replaced with a Clan-Spec. SRM 6. This would be supported by a single
    ton of ammo protected behind a CASE II system. Arguably however, the most important feature
    would be the installation of the Partial Wing System affording the 4H the same range of
    mobility enjoyed by its sister mechs the 2N and 3R. 11 heat sinks would be allotted to the
    4H allowing the mech to sink for a total of 25, and it would enjoy same armor protection as
    the rest of the series.
