Overview:
    in Preparations for the Conquest of Earth the Capellon Confederation would develop this
    version of the Thunderbolt on the Earthwerks plant of Tikonov. Its intended purpose would be
    to act as a bodyguard for more valuable units or to ambush unsuspecting prey the mid-range.

Capabilities:
    The TDR-11L would come equipped as it primary weapons a Plasma Rifle and an MRM-20 with a
    Apollo FCS. The Plasma Rifle would be supplied with two tons of ammo while the MRM would be
    supplied with one protected behind a CASE II sytem in the right torso. This would be
    supplemented by 3-er medium lasers and one er-flamer. Protection for the TDR-11L would come
    in the form of 12 tons of stealth armor accompanied by a Guardian ECM suite. 15 IS double
    heat sinks would be utilized to keep the heat down on the mech. Interestingly the TDR-11L
    would come equipped with a Standard Fusion Engine instead finding free tonnage through the
    installation of an XL gyro. This would be keep the footprint of vital components within the
    center-torso, and keep over-all production cost down for the design.
