A very heavy support mech. You´ll be relativly safe from short range attacks because who wants to close with a 95 tonner that has a speed of 4/6. This has the classic 2-1-2 PPC punch but only if it doesn´t move too much (2 heatsinks instead of the mediums would have been better here because the closerange punch of 2 arms or a leg is enough to pound your opponent to scrap.
But if I want two PPC´s that move at 4/6 I would take something less heavy. Maybe a WHM-6D.

It's a Warhammer! Sort of. This machine has good punch at range, and retains the raw physical power of the Banshee at close ranges. Armor's been pulled back a bit, but with the lack of explosive ammo that is less than a big deal. Still, this machine has weaponry that has been done, and done better elsewhere. That being said, it's a decent fighter, if not unique or exceptional. If you have one, might as well use it, though I still suggest the 3S configuration.
Or a very heavy support unit for a medium lance. That could be fun too, albeit expensive. It has potential, but there are better uses for a Banshee chassis.

Better than 3E, but not too much. It tries to cover the worst problems, which is good, but the possibilities are limited. I finally can use all heat sinks and long range firepower is better. MLs may not be enough to accomplish anything, but you need only one look at heat sinks, and you know that they are meant to be used with one of the PPCs. The allocation of weapons has some positive side, the 'Mech has free arms for melee and it can still unleash all firepower on anything in front of it, but that's also the main problem, it can't hit speedy targets that can avoid it's front weapon arc. Not a bad 'Mech, but inefficient.

Better than the 3E but not by muc. Heat will be an issue her as all weapons are energy based. I would be a little worried if I was in a medium mech or lighter but still very confident I could give it a run. Which doesn't say a lot considering it is an Assault mech. Go for the 3S a much more solidly designed mech

Give it to a support lance and let it light up the mechs who dare to come close to it.
Dual PPC Is going to drop anything but a heavy mech. In 3025 heavy mechs seem to be able to take this on fairly evenly but dual PPC is still a match winner most days.
Plus 15 tons of armour and the speed to keep up with Archers, Catapults and Marauders and such is always nice to draw fire with.
