Overview:
    The Hellspawn is adorable! The 10G is quite an effective application of the concept. But I
    think it's sacrificing a bit for effectiveness at range. It can be as effective, or more,
    right up close.

Capabilities:
    This is pretty good as a light-hunter and Combined Arms tool. Honestly, the LPPC was holding
    it back.
