The Vindicator 4L is a solid medium cavalry mech, it has a variety of weapons to ensure it always has something to throw at the enemy, but it is highly vulnerable. With the ECM in the left torso, only jump jets and the lone LRM-5 rack can take damage before the stealth system is rendered inoperable. Perhaps worse is the ability in the left arm. The Vindicator barely gets by on the heat sinks it already posesses, but with the stealth running it needs them all the more. Still there are hotter mechs in the world |

In the 3025 era the Vindi almost was the only good Capellan mech and it seems that the CCAF does its best to keep it a show-piece of fine mech design!
The proven weapon loadout was combined with the new stealth armor and increased mobility.
The XL can be problematic but the stealth armor (if activated!) makes it hard to hit anyway.
The mech has enough heat sinks to fire away with most of its weapons but under stealth you have to choose your weapons more carefully. |

*Rips hair off head while screaming in frustration*
THEY JUST KEEP COMING!!!
The Capellans just keep making the Vindicator better! Stealth armor, CASE, ECM, and More lasers make this VIndicator the best of the group in my opinion. It has little to no heat problems, a great ranged weapon in that ER PPC, and that stealth armor lets it get in close to the big guys without ever being detected. This is one of those mechs that you really do not want to fight, but you absolutely must have. It is not perfect, but it is damn close. |

Lord this mech sure is irritating. With Sealth armor, he is much more a bitch to target while he returns the favor with an ERPPC.
The Sealth armor negates the XL engine somewhat and is great for the design. |

Good lord, they took a mech that already was a b!t@# to kill and made it into a friggin S.W.A.T. mech.
Even in a ranged fight, this thing can make a good showing, then move in close or into the middle of an enemy formation and really raise some Hell.
If I had to deal with a lance of these things, Id prefer to have a couple of WarShip strikes and some Arrow IV batteries on stand by. |
